Citrus Hotel Cheltenham By Compass Hospitality

We lived in the standard twin room with a real comfortable bed, fridge and in bedroom. The staff members were all accommodating and efficient. The location was amazing, within easy walking distance of Central Library.

Immaculately clean and cheap hotel room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and adapted bathroom. Nice building, marvellous and brilliant location next to the main shopping area and The Playhouse and the main shopping area. Fantastic service, reasonably good and good hot breakfast spread...

In the centre of the city, very convenient.

Good on-site parking if but limited places. Modern and bright. A nice change to the usual worn carpets and faded prints that other hotels have. Would make it my number one choice if I need to stay in Cheltenham again. Ideal location for shops, arts and plays etc.

Appreciated the way our standard king room was arranged. The price was £ 69.

Freshly decorated rooms with comfortable beds, and good location.

The citrus is just so convenient! It's a short walk from the town hall. Our family room was spacious with a nice kitchen area and a separate seating spot for the tv. The shower had great water pressure, a lovely surprise.

I enjoyed the bright sunny room and dining room, the breakfast was great and the staff more than excellent.

You can experience the quiet and peaceful environment in the hotel's surrounding. On the other hand, it's not far away that you can find almost everything you want to buy in the High Street. Also, you can take the bus "D" to the Cheltenham Spa rail station just next to the High Street. Therefore, this is a cozy and comfortable hotel that I would like to recommend to my friends.

Consider bringing your own fans, as the rooms can get quite hot without cooling options.

Location is good for a town visit

central location, clean, perfectly adequate accommodation, parking on site, adequate breakfast,good for a weekend break or business trip

It's a short walk from the town hall, and I loved being close to shops and eateries. My family room was spacious, which gave us plenty of room to move around. The kitchen area helped a lot, especially with kids. Water pressure in the shower surprised me. It was fantastic! A nice touch for a family stay. I did notice a few things that needed attention. Some of the public seating was a bit hard to access. A little more accessible seating would've been helpful for us. The decor felt inviting and cozy, but the bathrooms were a little outdated. Small fixes could really enhance the experience. Staff were friendly throughout. Breakfast options were decent too, which helped kickstart our day well. I'd definitely consider returning for the convenient location and friendly service.

We had an early hospital appointment and the staff were super all the way from booking providing breakfast to go at 6.o clock which made it all less stressful.

The reception staff were polite and extremely helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable and facilities were good.
